The printed 2009-2010 Band Calendars and Handbooks are available for pick up at the Band Hall. They will be posted on the website by Monday, June 22 (hopefully before). Upcoming dates to be aware of are:

We are doing registration differently this year. Forms have been distributed to the students (ask them about it…it may be in their band binder) and a deposit of at least 1/2 the total is due by Friday, June 26. We will have that form available online by Monday, June 22 as well.

This meeting is mandatory for everyone attending the Hawaii trip. Parents of students attending must attend. Please bring a copy of the attendee’s insurance card/information to leave for the trip documents.
